What are the rules in the UAE for processing employee terminations and calculating end-of-service benefits?
The EOSB is calculated based on the base salary (excluding bonuses) and years of service. Terminations must be completed with notice, vacation pay, compensation, and the WPS closure. Xcella prepares the calculation and documentation.
