How do I get a commercial license in Dubai?

Сommercial license is a permit for trading activities. Suitable for wholesale, retail, and international trade.

Steps to obtain:

1. Select a registration zone: mainland or free zone;
2. Define activity codes;
3. Reserve a name;
4. Obtain initial approval;
5. Sign the MOA / Shareholder Resolution;
6. Provide an address (Ejari or flexi-desk);
7. Pay the fees and receive the license.

In the mainland, additional approvals may be required (for example, from the municipality or Dubai Customs).
